Welcome to the NSEA

The National Schools' Equestrian Association (NSEA) has been established since 1991

Our aim is to promote and encourage the participation in and recognition of equestrian sport within schools in Great Britain.

The NSEA is the recognised body for equestrianism in schools throughout the UK, providing intra and inter-schools competitions for team and individual riders.
Competitions for teams and individuals start at Grass Roots level and build up to National Schools qualifiers and annual Championships.

We are an Independent Partner of the British Horse Society and work closely with the BEF and the governing bodies on a number of projects in order to produce the best opportunities for inter-school equestrian sport.
Our management team is made up of teachers and professionals who have many years of experience in competing, teaching and officiating in equestrian sport at the highest levels, both nationally and internationally.

Represent your school at prestigious inter-school equestrian competitions throughout the country.
Disciplines include Dressage, Show Jumping, Arena Eventing ('Jumping with Style'), One Day Events, Hunter Trials and Tetrathlons. They take place at local, county, regional and national levels, culminating in our annual National Schools Championships in October.

Our website is THE place to find out all you need to know, with regular updates to keep you informed about competition results and future events.
