There is a road closure. The A423 from Banbury to Southam will be shut, a suggestion is anybody coming from that direction needs to get onto M40 northbound at Banbury. Get off at the next junction for Gaydon. Get onto B4100 towards Warwick. Stay on here until the island on Fosse Way (B4455). Turn right signposted Leicester. Stay on here, under narrow bridge and turn right onto A425 signposted Southam. Through Ufton and Dallas Burston will be on the left about a mile after Ufton.
